Therefore, we invest hundreds of thousands of hours into recruitment, training, recognition, and continuing education for all of our employees.

Recruitment

All of our personnel must be 18 years of age, personable, well groomed, energetic, and demonstrate logical reasoning, quick thinking, and an ability to relate to others. We look for men and women who are friendly while not being afraid to enforce the rules, regulations, and the law. We do not hire anyone with a history of felony crimes or minor violations involving trust or aggression. All applicants must complete a background check.

Training

Employee training is at the center of our service philosophy. All employees must complete a rigorous three-month training process including both classroom and on-the-job components. Training is tailored to the specific job position and the specialized needs of the venue or event.

Advanced leadership and supervisory training is offered to employees who have demonstrated a long-term service commitment to CMS and our clients.

Compensation

Our employees start at a wage rate well above the rate of most competitors. We also provide an incentive pay scale based on events worked and performance.
