We learn who your guests are, what they want, and what they need. Then we develop our service standards surrounding safety, courtesy, efficiency, and presentation. We provide dedicated personnel trained specifically for your event or venue and constantly evaluate our programs, measuring feedback, re-evaluating, and revising current programs to exceed future expectations.

We know how crowd behavior has changed over the last 30 years, and we know how quickly it can change an event in only a few minutes. We focus on prevention through planning, and in the event of a disturbance, our highly trained staff can handle rushing crowds, rules and regulations enforcement, public safety inspections, alcohol enforcement, front of stage mosh pit techniques, guest evictions, and report writing.

Parking and Traffic

We employ certified traffic and flagging and operational instructors to maintain up-to-date continuing education and to assist developing qualified traffic and flagging staff. We offer traffic and parking consultations for events and venues to maximize parking spaces, create staging lanes to minimize traffic backups, and allow for efficient ingress and egress procedures. Safety and Training

CMS promotes prevention through safety awareness and liability protection with staff training programs that go beyond the minimum training and licensing requirements. We develop custom emergency preparedness and security plans. Our extensive training programs are tailored to individual state regulations for work environment, crowd, alcohol awareness, and venue safety. In addition to training our staff on your particular event or venue, we require all employees to complete a rigorous training process and observational period to make sure they are the right fit for your event. All employees must perform ongoing training and a minimum number of work hours to remain current on our policies and procedures.
